Dirt Track Points Series

Onsted ATV Racing is proud and very excited to announce that Moreland’s U.S.A. Sports Park and the I96 Speedway have agreed to a 3-track points series for 2008!  There will be 4 points races held at EACH track!  You, the racing community, said you wanted more dates to race, so we found a way for you racers to get some more seat time!  We are offering our racers 12 events throughout 2008 – go to 1 or go to all 12, whatever works for your schedule.  The same rules will apply at all tracks, just like we’ve done in the past – we’ve just ADDED 2 TRACKS!!  We’ve set up ‘links’ to the other 2 tracks from our site, so take some time and visit their sites!  These other tracks have tons to offer, not just riding but family fun that lasts the whole weekend long!  Check them out !!

All twelve races are part of the “Series”, but just as it has always been at Onsted, riders can attend however many fits their schedule, their points will be calculated accordingly.

The Onsted and Moreland’s tracks will run practice on Friday nights with the points race on Saturday.  Due to prior track commitments on Saturday’s at the I-96 track, we will be running practice on Saturday during the day and the points race on Sunday.

Gates Open:                            4 pm

Practice Fee Per Racer:        $20

Registration Opens:               4 pm

Track Open:                            5 pm until dusk

I-96 Saturday Practice Schedule

Gates Open:                            10 am

Practice Fee Per Racer:         $20

Registration Opens:               10 am

Track Opens:                          10 am – 5 pm sharp!

I96 has other events scheduled at their tracks for Saturday evening, so we have be done with practice by 5 pm to allow them time to get ready for their evening events.  However, TAKE NOTE that the ‘arm band’ you are issued for practice can be used to get you into their Saturday night events FREE!!!!!!  I96 will also be running some quad flat track events on Saturday nights that are open to everyone – check out their web for entry fee information.  Pay out for these events is in cold, hard cash!!  Check out the I-96 website for further details!

Onsted, I-96 & Moreland's

Race Day Schedule

All 3 tracks will run the same race day schedules; however, I96 will run their race day on SUNDAYS!!!   Onsted and Moreland’s will run race days on Saturday.

Gates Open:                           8 am

Entry Fee Per Racer:            $20.00 per class

Registration:                          8 am – 10:30 am

Tech:                                       8 am – 10:00 am

Practice:                                 8:30 – 10:00 am

Driver’s Meeting:                  10:30 am

Heats Start:                           11:00 am

There will be a break between heats and mains – about 45 minutes to give track personnel a break, work on the track if necessary and prepare and post the mains.

Series sponsorships are available to anyone that wants to participate.  The cost is $300 for a 4’ x 8’ banner space, banner provided by sponsor-they can have displayed at any track of their choice.
